ACER brings new Predator gaming monitors to CES 2020

At CES 2020, Acer has showcased new Predator gaming displays that come with premium features to appeal to gamers. The three gaming monitors are 32-inch Predator X32(USD 3,599), 37.5-inch Predator X38 (USD 2,399) and the 55-inch Predator CG552K (USD 2999). CG552K is a 55″ 4K display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Acer Predator X32 is UltraHD LED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Acer Predator X38 has UWQHD+ curved display with 2300R curvature.

Predator X32 Gaming Monitor

Acer Predator X32 has LED-backlit IPS panel with UltraHD resolution. This display can hit 144Hz refresh rate to help those who play Esports. Coming to ports, there are 3x HDMI 2.0 ports, 1x DisplayPort, 3x USB 3 ports, 2x 4W speakers. Featuring 10-bit color and remarkable color accuracy of Delta E <1, it covers 99% of the AdobeRGB and 89.5% of the Rec2020 color gamut.

Predator X38 Gaming Monitor

Acer Predator X38 has 37.5″ UWQHD+ curved panel and supports Nvidia G-SYNC for absolutely smooth gameplay. The X38 has a curvature of 2300R, 98% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. Other specs include 175Hz refresh rate, 1ms gray-gray response time, Delta E <1 color accuracy. Coming to ports, there are HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports, four USB 3.0 ports, two 7W speakers.

Predator CG552K Gaming Monitor

Acer Predator CG552K has massive 55″ 4K OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. This display can hit up to 400 nits brightness, has 98.5% DCI-P3 color gamut, 05.ms gray-gray response time. The built in ambient light sensor can adjust brightness automatically and the built in proximity sensor can turn the display on/off based on proximity of user.

Coming to ports, this one has three HDMI 2.0 ports, two DisplayPort v1.4 ports, a USB Type C port as well as two USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Two 10W speakers deliver 20W of dynamic audio and customizable light strips enhance the hardware aesthetic.

Pricing & Availability

The Predator X32 gaming monitor will be available in North America in Q2, starting at USD 3,599; in EMEA in Q2 starting at EUR 3,299; and in China in Q2, starting at RMB 25,999.

The Predator X38 gaming monitor will be available in North America in April, starting at USD 2,399; in EMEA in April starting at EUR 2,199; and in China in March, starting at RMB 16,999.

The Predator CG552K gaming monitor will be available in North America in Q3, starting at USD 2,999; in EMEA in Q3 starting at EUR 2,699; and in China in Q3, starting at RMB 21,999.
