Amazon bring Kindle Touch Paperwhite UI to last year’s Kindle Touch

Amazon has yesterday announced a firmware update to Kindle Touch eBook reader which bring Kindle Paperwhite UI to last year’s e-book reader. If your Kindle Touch is on 5.1.x or later versions, you can Download Software update 5.3.2.1 and apply the update but if your Kindle Touch is on earlier version, you have to first update the Kindle Touch to 5.1.0 and then apply 5.3.2.1.

Once you download the firmware update to your PC, copy the update to Kindle’s main folder and then from the Home screen, tap the Menu icon, then tap Settings. Tap the Menu icon, then tap Update Your Kindle. Please make sure that your Kindle stays on maximum power for a day or two post the software update to allow post-update tasks to run uninterrupted.
