Amazon Kindle for Android gets X-ray and notifcations in new update

Amazon kindle, the famous e-book reader application for Android has received a massive udpate today, to 4.8.0. The udpate brings X-Ray tool using which readers can look up places, characters and terms, clips and images. There is an improved library search, several experience improvements and bug fixes. Readers can opt for push notifications from Kindle by customizing the experience in settings menu. Other improvements include controlling audiobook playback while reading book and make flashcard set to review textbook material.
