Adding ’emergency information’ and making that available from the lock screen is the best way to make sure that when you are in an emergency situation where you cannot operate a phone and call for help, others near you can. Go to settings, click on Users.
Click on ‘Emergency Information’.
There are two categories here. One is your information like ‘name, address, medical information’ and other contains your list of contacts who are listed to call when in need.
To clear everything, click on hamburger menu (three dots) and select ‘clear all’.
The best part is that you can include your allergies, medication, and organ donation details also and these do help a lot when in need.
Emergency data can be accessed from the lock screen. swipe up to unlock, click on emergency. At the top, you will see emergency detail along with number pad to call someone.
