Razer Kraken V2 surround headset is priced at $100
Razer Kraken is now into the second generation. Razer Kraken Pro V2 and Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 are the new gaming headsets from the elite gaming accessory maker. These two new headsets are created to meet demands of e-sports athletes and enthusiast gamers. The Pro V2 is priced at $79.99 and is available at various markets across the globe. 7.1 V2 on the other hand is priced at $99.99 and will be available soon.
Both the headsets come with unibody aluminum frame for longevity. The custom tuned 50mm drivers created accurate audio reproduction and are bigger than the drivers in previous generation headset. Kraken 7.1 V2 on the other hand features advanced 7.1 virtual surround sound engine. The ear cushions too are larger and softer, offer better sound isolation compared to previous generation. The cushions feature in-mold channels so that those who wear specs can wear the headset without any discomfort. While the microphone on Pro V2 is unidirectional, the one on 7.1 V2 has active noise cancelling, activated using Razer Synapse.
