BlackBerry Priv launched in India for Rs. 62,990
BlackBerry has launched its first ever Android smartphone, BlackBerry Priv in India for Rs. 62,990. The Priv will be available in India from January 30 in Black colour from BlackBerry authorised resellers as well as from Amazon.
The BlackBerry Priv runs on Android 5.1 and will soon receive an update for Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Priv is powered by a 64-bit hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor clubbed with 3 GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. The Priv features a 5.4-inch curved edge AMOLED display with QHD resolution and a physical slide-up QWERTY keyboard with gestures.
The BlackBerry Priv features an 18-megapixel primary camera with a 1/2.4-inch sensor and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It is powered by a 3,410 mAh battery non-removable battery which comes with 2.0 fast charge and supports Qi and PMA-compatible wireless charging.
