Gionee S6 Pro Launched In India For Rs. 23,999
Gionee today announced the launch of the S6 Pro in India. The device has been priced at Rs. 23,999. Gionee also unveiled its first VR headset in the country, priced at Rs. 2,499. The device will be available in India starting from October 1 across retail stores and will be available in Gold and Rose Gold color options.
The Gionee S6 Pro runs on Amigo 3.2 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS LCD display. The device comes with a resolution of ~401 PPI.
The Gionee S6 Pro is powered by a 64-bit Octa Core Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 coupled with Mali-T860MP2 GPU. The device comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The storage on the device can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.

Coming to the camera department, the Gionee S6 Pro features a 13 MP primary camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, phase-detection autofocus and LED flash. On the front, the device sports an 8 MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture for selfies.
The device is powered by a 3,130 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB Type-C and FM Radio.
Pricing and Availability
The Gionee S6 Pro has been priced at Rs. 23,999. The device will be available at retail stores across the country starting from October 1. The device will be available in Gold and Rose Gold color variants. As an introductory offer, buyers will get three months free subscription to Saavn Pro.
