iBall Andi 4L Pulse is the latest Windows Phone, costs Rs. 4899
Microsoft had recently announced that it’ll be adding over 20 new hardware partners. We have seen a few of those new hardware partners launch budget Windows Phones since then. The latest to join the fold is iBall, launching its Andi 4L Pulse running Windows Phone 8.1.
The iBall Andi 4L Pulse comes with a 4” display, a quad core Snapdragon S200 processor, 1 GB RAM and a 5 MP camera.

The Andi 4L Pulse ticks in most of the boxes if you consider the price. The only issue could be the low internal memory and the small battery. Other than that, the phone looks okay enough for Rs. 4,899.
