Lenovo Phab 2 Pro Goes On Sale For $499

Lenovo Phab 2 ProLenovo Phab 2 Pro, the world’s first Tango smartphone went on sale today for $499. It was launched at the Lenovo Tech World 2016 event in San Francisco. The Phab 2 Pro features a Quad HD IPS LCD display and comes with a metal unibody. The device comes with support for Tango that gives the device AR capabilities.

The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro runs on  Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro features a 6.4 inch Quad HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The device comes with a pixel density of  ~459 PPI.

The Phab 2 Pro is powered by an Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor clubbed with Adreno 510 GPU. The device comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256 GB. The Phab 2 Pro comes with dual SIM support and the second SIM slot is a hybrid SIM slot.

Coming to the camera department, the Phab 2 Pro comes with a total of four cameras. On the back, it comes with a 16 MP primary camera with phase detection autofocus and LED flash along with  a depth sensing infrared camera and a motion tracking camera. On the front, the device sports a 8 MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture.

The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is powered by a 4,050 mAh battery and comes with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, microUSB v2.0 and FM Radio.
