Meizu E2 is a new budget smartphone in China

Meizu E2 is a new budget smartphone from the Chinese brand, released this week in China. Meizu E2 is powered by MediaTek Helio P20 chip and has 3GB or 4GB of RAM. Meizu E2 comes in 32GB and 64GB storage options. The display is 5.5″ in size, with FullHD resolution. Priced at CNY1,299/CNY1,599 the Meizu E2 is up for pre-order and will be available for sale from 29th of April. Meizu E2 is available in Silver, Pink and Black color options. The bummer though is that the Maize E2 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow onboard. Other specs include fingerprint scanner, microSD card slot, hybrid dual-SIM card slots, 13mp rear camera with PDAF, 8mp front facing camera, 3400mAh battery (mCharge fast charging tech), 4G LTE etc.

Huami announce Amazfit Health Band with ECG data recorder

Huami, makers of Mi Band have now create a new fitness band, under Amazfit branding. The new Amazfit Health Band is priced at CNY699 and will be available in Deep Black, Rose Gold and Sapphire Blue colours. The Amazfit Health Band comes with sleep tracker, heart rate tracker, PPG photoelectric sensor. A special built in chip can record ECG data. The display is just 0.42″ in size. The 95mAh battery can keep the band up and running for week and takes 2-3 hours to fully charge. Thanks to IP67 certified water resistance, the Amazfit Health Band is water proof and dust proof.

 

ZTE Max XL is new budget smartphone for Boost Cellular in USA

ZTE Max XL is the new budget smartphone for US market. Priced at $129, the ZTE Max XL is available for Boost Mobile. The ZTE Max XL has a huge 6″ FullHD display and is powered by Snapdragon 435 chip and has 2GB of RAM. The good news is that the phone comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat at launch.  The Max XL comes with 16GB of onboard storage and can be expanded using microSD card. Other specs include 13mp rear camera, 5mp front facing camera, 3990mAh battery, USB type-C port etc.

Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 2017 edition comes to India

Samsung’s 2017 variant of Galaxy On Nxt is official now. Priced at Rs.16,900/- the Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 2017 edition is officially launched this week and is available for sale via Flipkart. Powered by octa core Exynos 7870 chip, the On Nxt 2017 comes with a 5.5″ FullHD display. There is a 13mp rear camera and an 8mp front facing camera. The phone will be available in Gold and Black color options. Other specifications include 3GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, microSD card, dual SIM card slots, 3300mAh battery, metal unibody design. Bummer though is that the phone comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board.

ZTE Axon 7s will be the successor to ZTE Axon 7

The ZTE Axon 7 has a new sibling now, the Axon 7S. ZTE Axon 7S is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chip and has 6GB or RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The phone has dual 20mp Sony IMX350 rear cameras and a 12mp Sony IMX368 front facing camera. The battery is rated at 3400mAh .The display is similar to that on Axon 7, 5.5″ QuadHD AMOLED display. Other specs include USB Type-C, Quich Charge 3.0 support, microSD card slot, Android 7 Nougat OS, Dual SIM card slots.

 

ZTE announces Blade MAX 3 for US Cellular

ZTE Max 3 is a new Snapdragon 625 chip powered smartphone launched in USA. The Max 3 comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage and is priced at just $199.99 (thanks to a hundred dollar discount from US Cellular). The phone runs Android 6 Marshmallow OS and has a large 4000mAh battery for long battery life. There is a 13mp rear camera ,5mp front facing camera. Other specs include microSD card slot, dual SIM card slots, USB Type C port, rear mounted fingerprint sensor etc.

Sony NW-WS623/625 are Walkmans made for outdoor workout enthusiasts

Sony NW-WS623 and NW-WS625 are new Walkman meant for those who work out outdoors and underwater. Both the walkmans come with IP6X rating for water proof and dust proof.
