Next generation Xbox to be revealed on 22nd of May
For 8 years, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 have dominated the console gaming (well, except for few quarters where Wii annihilated both). Now that the current generation consoles are showing signs of aging, Sony has revealed plans for Playstation 4 about amonth ago. Come May 22nd, the gaming world will get to know how tough Sony Playstation 4’s main rival will be. Microsoft has sent invites to press and bloggers to attend Xbox reveal that will happen on 22nd of May at their Redmond campus and the event is scheduled to begin at 10am. We do hope that the successor to Xbox 360 reginites the spark that is missing for past few quarters in console arena and we do hope that Microsoft goes x86 way for this console bringing in some unity among console makers and PC game makers.
