Nokia X7, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 is officially launched in China. The entry level variant is priced at just $245, much less than the price of current generation 7.1 plus. The phone comes with notched 6.18″ display and runs Android 8.1 Oreo. Nokia is expected to upgrade the phone’s OS to Android 9.0 Pie.
The current generation Nokia 7.1 Plus is a big hit, thanks to its all-round performance and a display without a notch. The new X7 comes with a notch, as expected. What makes this phone interesting is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 at its heart. Those eight Qualcomm® Kryo™ 360 cores should be more than enough for day to day work and regular gaming. As with all other Nokia phones, the X7 comes with pure Android experience. Even though the phone has Android 8.1 Oreo OS at launch, we should expect Android 9 update very soon.
