With ColorOS 5.2, you can merge up to six calls including host for conference calls, if your carrier supports it. You have to have your carrier activate conference calls for this to work. You can access our full list of guides for Oppo Color OS 5.2 in this page.

When you are in a call, tap on [Add Call] > make another call.
Once the second call is connected, tap on [Merge Calls].
Repeat the same steps to add more calls to conference.
