Oppo F1s Diwali Limited Edition Launched For Rs. 17,990

Oppo F1s Diwali Limited EditionAs Diwali is approaching, Oppo has launched the Limited Diwali Edition of its Oppo F1s. The device has been priced at Rs. 17,990. The device will be available for pre-orders from Oppo Concept Stores from October 8 to October 13. The device will be sold online exclusively by Snapdeal from October 14.

The Specs of the device are similar to the Oppo F1s that was launched earlier, the only difference is the redesigned rear panel.  The device comes with a “gilded Diwali pattern” or a diya flame, along with the signatures of the brand ambassadors, Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor.

Oppo F1s Specs

The Oppo F1s runs on ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The device features a 5.5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display. The display comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The display supports gloved and wet touch input. The display comes with a pixel density of ~267 PPI.

The Oppo F1s is powered by an octa-core 1.5 GHz  MediaTek MT6750 processor clubbed with Mali-T860MP2 GPU. The device comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. The device comes with a dedicated microSD card slot.

Coming to the camera department, the Oppo F1s features 13 MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, phase detection autofocus and LED flash. The camera comes with features such as geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR. On the front, the device sports a 16 MP secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The Oppo F1s is powered by 3,075 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, microUSB v2.0, GPS, and Bluetooth v4.0.

This company has a lot of potential. They must stop spending money on marketing gimmicks like this and start concentrating on innovating. They must reduce the marketing spending and invest more on RnD.
