Huawei announces Ascend G6 4G smartphone
Its MWC and its raining new devices. Huawei has announced brand new Ascend G6 and Ascend G6 4G LTE variants. By the looks of it, these two phones should succeed Ascend P6. While Ascend G6 will be available from Q1 2014, Ascend G6 4G (4G LTE) will be launched in April 2014.

- G6 4G : black with gunmetal gray or rose gold highlights, white with pink or champagne gold highlights
- G6 : black, white, pink, gold and blue color options.
- 4.5″ 540×960 pixel LCD display (245 ppi)
- LTE variant is 7.85 mm thin while non-LTE variant is 7.5mm thin.
- Quad core 1.2GHz processor
- 2000 mAh Lithium Polymer battery
- 5mp front facing camera with four plastic element lens with audio controlled snapping, auto scene recognition, auto facial enhancement.
- 88 degree wide angle shooting, Voice photo function adds a 10 second audio clip to photo (first seen on Galaxy S4)
- 8mp AF BSI f/2.0 rear camera, Sony IMX134 sensor, blue glass infrared filter and integrated camera flash.
