Qualcomm uses 130 HTC One smartphones to create an amazing photobooth
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon is one of the best smarpthone/tablet SoC and their recent 400/600/800 received widely positive reviews and acclaim for the sheer power. This week, Qualcomm decided to showcase the raw power of Snapdragon 800 and did it using a mindblowing setup. There were no benchmarks, no long lectures on how good the chipset is. Instead, there is this:
Qualcomm took 130 HTC One smartphones (powered by Snapdragon 800 chips), created a photo booth and asked eager people to showcase their talent. At a determined time frame, presenters were asked to perform or be in a still to create a matrix like slo-mo video. The slo-mo effect is created entirely using these 130 phones and with ‘only necessary’ post-processing. Take a look at the video and we bet you will be awed.
