Reliance Jio Dongle 2 Launched For Rs. 1,999
Reliance Jio seems to have added one more Wi-Fi dongle to its JioFi, called the Dongle 2. The company did not announce about the launch and availability of the Jio Dongle 2. However, a user on Twitter Yatin Chawla reported that the new Jio Dongle 2 is available at Reliance Digital and Xpress Mini stores.
Just like the other JioFi devices, the Dongle 2 also comes with the Reliance Jio Welcome Offer, providing users with unlimited 4G internet up to 31st December, 2016. However, unlike other JioFi dongles, the Dongle 2 comes without a battery, making it useless without a power source. You will need a power source if you want to use the Dongle 2, so it may not be as portable other JioFi devices.
The Jio Dongle 2 comes with a retractable USB connector, allowing you to plug it in to your desktop, laptop or any USB adapter. It is a very small dongle, meaning it won’t stick out like other JioFi dongles. It comes with a Reliance Jio SIM card along with the Jio Welcome offer. It is available across India at Reliance Digital and Xpress Mini stores at a price of Rs. 1,999.
