Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 to be launched in India on March 23rd

India is one of the most important markets for Samsung. To make sure it doesn’t lose out potential customers to its rivals, the Korean giant has sent out invites for the launch of the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge. The launch will take place on the 23rd of March, which is tomorrow. The event will be held in New Delhi.

Announced at the Mobile World Congress held earlier this month, the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge come with a 5.1 inch Super AMOLED QHD display, 3 GB RAM, 32/64/128 GB internal memory and a 16 MP camera on the back assisted by an LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization. On the front, there is a 5 MP camera to make your selfies look great. Samsung is using its own Exynos line of processors, and the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge come with an octa-core 64-bit processor, which, according to benchmarks, is blowing the competition out of the water.

Samsung has not revealed availability and pricing details yet nor have there been any rumours for the Indian market so far, but we should know by tomorrow.
