ASUS announce ZenWatch 2 smartphone at Computex 2015

At Computex 2015, ASUS has announced the ZenWatch 2, the successor to popular ZenWatch smartwatch powered by Android. ZenWatch 2 is crafted using high quality materials and is a precision watch with high customizability. ZenWatch 2 comes in two sizes and three stainless steel colors and users can have 18 different strap material and color combinations. Users can also design their own watch faces if they do not like the pre-installed ones. The crown of ZenWatch 2 is now made of metal and comes with a magnetic charger. ZenWatch 2 has IP67 rated water resistance.

Thanks to the hearbeat sensor, ZenWatch 2 works well will the wellness smartphone application to track personal activity and fitness manager helps users to monitor their workout routines.

ZenWatch 2 steel case comes in Silver, Gunmetal and Rose Gold color options. The crystal has a gentle curve that enhances the link and usability and the watch face is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. ASUS has partnered with Swarovski Professional for a gorgeous leather strap with embrossed diamond pattern and embedded Swarovski crystals. Other materials/colors include supple rubber strap comes in Blue, Orange, Red, and Taupe colors, soft, premium leather strap is available in Khaki, Brown, Gray, Blue, and Orange colors, stainless-steel link bracelet comes in Silver, Gunmetal or Rose Gold colors.

ZenWatch 2 comes with latest version of Android Wear built in and has ZenUI overlay interface. ZenWatch 2 comes with FoneHelper, activity/fitness tracking, Remote Camera applications pre-loaded.
