Vivo V5 Plus With 20MP + 8 MP Selfie Cameras Launched In India
Vivo today launched its latest smartphone, the V5 Plus in India. Focused majorly on selfies, the new Vivo V5 Plus comes with dual camera setup on the front. It comes with a 20 MP and an 8 MP camera on the front, assisted by a Moonlight Flash as well.
Vivo V5 Plus Specifications
The Vivo V5 Plus comes with a 5.5 inch full HD IPS LCD display, giving you a pixel density of ~401 PPI. The V5 Plus is one of the first phones to feature a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 5 panel. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Funtouch OS 3.0 on top.
In terms of processor, the Vivo V5 Plus comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC, featuring a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor and Adreno 506 GPU. The phone comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, expandable with a microSD card up to 256 GB.
Coming to the most important part – imaging. The V5 Plus comes with a 16 MP f/2.0 rear camera, along with an LED flash and Phase Detection Autofocus. It can record up to 1080p videos at 30 FPS.
On the front, you get a dual camera setup. Vivo has used Sony IMX376 20 MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and 5P Largan Lens, which will be the primary camera clicking photos. The 8 MP camera also comes with an f/2.0 aperture capturing the depth information. The camera software will come the details from both the sensors to create one image. Additionally, you can also refocus, allowing you to add blur effects for the perfect macro.
Connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and FM Radio. The V5 Plus is powered by a 3160 mAh battery and supports fast charging.
