Lava A59 Launched in India for Rs. 4,199
Lava has launched the Lava A59, a budget friendly 3G smartphone in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 4,199 and will be available in black and white color options.
The Lava A59 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Lava A59 has been listed on Lava’s website. Another device, Lava A48 was also listed along with this but there are no details about the device.
The A59 features a 4.5 inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) display, It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 512 MB of RAM. The device comes with 4 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
The Lava A59 features a 5 MP primary camera with flash along with a VGA (0.3-megapixel) front facing camera with flash. Addition of flash for front camera is nice but the VGA camera won’t be able to capture pictures properly.
The A59 is powered by a 1,750 mAh battery. It comes with microUSB 2.0. Connectivity options on the device include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1, a 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. The device measures 133x66x9.3mm and weighs 140 grams.
