While things may be a little too silent in the Windows Phone/mobile world, Vaio’s entry creates a splash breaking the silence. The Vaio Phone Biz comes with some good specs and will be on sale in Japan at a price of $430. In terms of specs, it comes with a 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with a 1080p screen resolution. It is run by an octa core Snapdragon 617 processor and comes with Windows 10 Continuum support out of the box. There’s a 13 MP camera with an LED flash on the back and a front facing 5 MP camera. 3 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage expandable with a microSD card and a 2800 mAh battery round off the specs.

Vaio has not revealed if the Phone Biz will be made available in other markets. The Phone Biz will be made available off contract so you are not tied to any particular carrier. However, NTT Docomo will also be selling it via its channels.
