Finally, Foursquare for Windows Phone 8 oozes quality
FourSquare application for Windows Phone 7.x was without a doubt one of the worst ‘official’ applications made for the platform and it felt like an alter ego of the superb application developed for iOS and Android. Good thing is that this application is optimized for Nokia Lumia phones (HTC lovers, its time to jump onto the burning platform). Some of the Lumia series devices will have deep integration of Foursquare data into augmented reality experience. You can download the new version from Windows Phone Marketplace (rollout happened about a week ago). And btw, if you still didnt like the official application, there’s always ‘4th & Mayor’. Give this application a try and let us know how it is.
