Google Fiber announced for Grandview, Missouri

For the record, we are extremel jealous of residents of Kansas city. Rachel Hack, Community manager at Google Fiber division has announced that Board of Aldermen at Grandview, Missouri (Kansas City) have voted up to allow Google Fiber to be installed to their community. The image added to this blog shows areas in Kansas City that are eligible for (blued out areas) Google Fiber connection. It is also announced that this is a time taking process and that residents of Grandview will be updated once the infrastructure is set in place.
