Asus Pegasus 2 Plus comes with 5.5 inch full HD display and 3 GB RAM

Asus is continuing to expand its range of Android smartphones. The latest to join the Asus family is the Pegasus 2 Plus, a successor to the Pegasus launched 6 months back in December last year.

The Asus Pegasus 2 Plus comes with an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, and interestingly enough, sports a 5.5 inch full HD IPS LCD display. Keeping up with the couple of surprises already, the Pegasus 2 Plus also comes with 3 GB RAM, making it one of the first few phones to come with 3 GB RAM in the mid range segment.

  • Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with the latest Zen UI on top
  • 5.5 inch IPS LCD full HD display, 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, Adreno 405 GPU
  • 13 MP camera, dual LED flash, 1080p at 30 FPS recording; front facing 8 MP camera
  • 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage, expandable with a microSD card
  • Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, FM Radio
  • 3030 mAh battery

Asus has not released pricing and availability information yet, and we don’t know if it will be released outside of China and if so, when.
