The Huawei P9 Lite is the third device launched in the P9 series after the P9 and P9 Plus were unveiled earlier. The P9 Lite has made its debut in Germany.
The Huawei P9 Lite features a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. The device is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core Kirin 650 processor clubbed with 3 GB of RAM. The device has 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD card.
The Android 6.0 based P9 Lite sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel secondary camera for selfies. The device is powered by a 3,000mAh non-removeable battery. The device runs on Emotion 4.1 UI. The device is a dual SIM smartphone. It allows two Micro-SIM cards.
On the connectivity front, the device offers 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM and USB Type-C. There are various sensors on the device such asFingerprint, accelerometer, proximity and compass.
Pricing and Availability
The Huawei P9 Lite will go on sale in Europe starting in May with a price tag of €299 ($336). It will be available in black, white and gold color options. There is no information about the global launch of the device.
