Samsung announce Galaxy Tab A and Tab A Plus Android tablets in Russia

At a press event in Russia, Samsung has announced two new tablets Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Tab A Plus. The two Android smartphones come with 4:3 aspect ration 1024×768 resolution 8” and 9.7” displays respectively. Both are powered by Cortex-A53 CPU that runs at 1.2Ghz. Priced at around 300 Euros, these tablets will be launched in near future and will be available in blue and gold color options.

Other specifications include 5mp and 2mp rear and front facing cameras, 16GB of on-board storage and a microSD card that can take microSD card of size upto 128Gb. Tab A Plus comes with a dual loud speaker that enhances stereo sound. The battery is 4000mAh block that will give 10 hour battery life on Tab A. These two tablets will be running Lollipop version of Android and comes with optimized and minimalist variant of Touchwiz. Both Galaxy Tab A models will be available in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi+LTE options.
