While the default apps that come with the phone are okay to use, there are much better applications out there that provide more functionality. For example, True Caller fans would want True caller’s dialer app to be default Phone app. Some prefer Opera or Firefox to be the default browser application. To change default app:
Open iManager application
Click on App Manager
Click on Default App Settings
You will now see list of Default application types built into the OS. Tap on type (e.g.: Default music software) to change to your preferred installed application.
Go back to app manager and you can setup what apps to start at boot time from ‘Autostart Manager’. Do note that adding too many apps here will slow down boot time and also increase battery drain.
