Windows 10 Mobile users testing the OS increase threefold

Windows Phone stats

Microsoft has been beta testing its upcoming Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile updates. With these open for all beta tests, one thing has emerged pretty well – Microsoft users are hungry for updates. The latest AdDuplex data has revealed that users testing Windows 10 Mobile have more than tripled in numbers.

While it may be a significantly smaller number and that is skewing the growth rate numbers, Windows 10 Mobile users have gone from being mere 0.7% of the total Windows Phone users to 2.3%. In other positive news for the Windows Phone ecosystem as a whole, the number of users using the latest stable/public version of Windows Phone – Windows Phone 8.1 – have increased to 72.5%.

For data nerds, there are a lot of numbers that you can check out here on AdDuplex’s blog.
