Microsoft Flow Update Brings Template Support To Android

Microsoft Flow, an app that lets you automate tasks and processes, has just received an update on the Android version. The latest update brings some of the most required features and brings the Android version of the app closer to the iOS version. While users on iOS have been enjoying a very good, feature-rich version of the app since launch, the Android version had been fairly bare-bones until now.

Microsoft Flow

Microsoft Flow Changelog:

  • Creation of new flows from templates, and connecting to new services as needed
  • Browsing all templates and services by categories
  • Quick Search of templates and services by key words
  • Editing, renaming, and deleting existing flows
  • Bug fixes

Here’s what you can do with Microsoft Flow:

  • Instantaneously respond to critical notifications or emails
  • Inform the whole team whenever a work item is updated
  • Capture, track, and follow-up with new sales leads
  • Get an overview of the data your flows are automatically collecting

Note that Microsoft Flow for Android is still in preview and the final release is still a bit far off. However, the app itself is quite stable and usable on a regular basis. You can also help Microsoft make the app better by submitting bug reports and reviews.

The Microsoft Flow app for Android is available as a free download from the Google Play Store. The app is also available for iOS.
