How to attend calls from Amazfit Verge, on iPhone!

Amazfit is one of the few brands which makes smart fitness watches with GPS tracker and full–fledged professional fitness activity trackers. I have been using the Amazfit Pace as my primary watch for over 2 years and recently switched over to Amazfit Bip. Amazfit Verge is an upgraded version of the Pace. It looks sporty and it is a high-performance tech gadget for sports tracking. But the key highlight of Verge is that you can attend calls on it. It is paired to your mobile via Bluetooth and with its inbuilt mic and speakers, you can attend calls from it, on your mobile. Until now, the feature was available exclusively on Android devices. But today, Amazfit has rolled it out for iOS devices as well.

Step by step guide to install the new update on iOS platform

Step 1: Go to Amazfit App > My Watch > Additional Settings > ROM Updates

Step 2: Go to Amazfit Verge > Settings > Update

Step 3: Initiate Voice calling update on Verge

Step 4: Once the update is successful, go to Amazfit App > My Watch > Application Setting > Click Phone

Step 5: You will receive a Bluetooth pairing request. Please click “Pair” on the pop-up pairing dialog in your phone.

Step 6: Once the pairing is initiated, you can sync your contacts directly from your smartwatch by directly tapping on the ‘Phone’ icon

Note: Make sure your watch’s battery stays above 40% before upgrading and ensure that there is a stable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection throughout the process to ensure that the upgrade goes smoothly.
