[CES 2021] HP E24u G4 and E27u G4 monitors announced

HP E24u G4 andHP E27u G4 USB-C monitors, announced at CES 2021, will be available from February for $219 and $339, respectively. HP has also announced new M-Series FHD Monitors which are expected to be available in March via HP.com for a starting price of $139.

Our innovation engine continues to be grounded in deep customer insights that help keep people connected, engaged, and contributing in this new world,” said Alex Cho, president, Personal Systems, HP Inc. “We are looking beyond the device people use to what will improve their experience – from software that provides lighting control for video calls, peripherals that enable a more customized experience, to how services can make it easier to monitor and manage devices for a multitude of devices.” 

The HP E24u G4 and HP E27u G4 USB-C Monitors come with easy USB-C connecivity that can power any device that has up to 65w power requirement. These displays also offer daisy chaining where you can connect one monitor to another, instead of connecting all monitors to laptop/desktop. The HP E24u G4 and HP E27u G4 USB-C Monitors allow people to enjoy a clean desk, rely on fewer cables, and directly power their PC via a single USB-C® cable.

Both come with IPS panel, in 24″and 27″ panel sizes with respectively. These panels come with 16:9 aspect ratio, 5ms GtG response time, 250 nits maximum brightness, Type-C, HDMI, DisplayPort connectivity options. While the 27″E27u comes with QHD 2560×1440 resolution, the 24″E24u comes with FullHD resolution. Both displays feature near borderless bezels (except at the bottom).

The HP M-Series FHD Monitors definite feature is 99% sRGB color gamut. M-series displays will come with 24, 27″and 32″ panel size options. M-series displays are designed for creative artists who prefer accurate color reproduction. Other specs include 8bit panel, 300 nits maximum brightness, HDMI ports, 5ms GtG response time, 75Hz refresh rate, IPS panel. The M24f, M27f, and M32f FHD feature a three-sided borderless design with Full HD for image clarity and wide viewing angles.
