Microsoft to acquire Surface Pen maker N-trig

Microsoft has announced today that they are acquiring N-trig Ltd., the company that designed the digital pen technology used in Surface Pens. N-Trig was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Israel and have offices in North America, Japan, Taiwan and China. N-trig has more than 100 patents. You can learn more about Surface Pen here.
