MIUI 11 : How to block app from starting when phone starts

• Open Settings application.
• Scroll and tap on Apps.
• Tap on Permissions.
• Tap on Autostart.
• You will now see list of applications that can start when phone is turned on or restarted. You can go ahead and disable apps that you do not want to start like this.
