- Open File Manager.
- Hold and drag the file manager home screen till you see ‘Release to view hidden folders’.
- Set new lock/unlock pattern.
- You can opt to add Mi account for recovery, in case you forget the unlock pattern.
- You can now start adding files to hide, tap on Hide files now.
- To access hidden files, do the same hold and drag gesture from file manager home.
