Samsung release gorgeous Radiant 360 R7 omnidirectional wireless speaker
This gorgeous and sexy looking gadget is the new omnidirectional speaker from Samsung. Named Radiant 360 R7, this speaker is wireless and offers crisp and clear audio quality. Priced at $499.99, the R7 will be aviailable in April worldwide. This is the first omni-directional speaker from Samsung and the speaker works with upgraded Multiroom App version 2.0 that is available for download for Android iOS operating systems.
R7 uses new “Ring Radiator” technology developed by samsung to delivery balanced and rich 360 degree audio that fills the room. Consumers can use their iOS and Android device stream audio to R7 via Wi-Fi. We are not sure if R7 has built-in Bluetooth reciever and if so, it will be a perfect wireless speaker.
“Developed in Samsung’s new state-of-the-art Audio Lab in Valencia, CA, the R7 combines revolutionary technology with elegant design that will redefine and enhance the home audio category in 2015,” said Jim Kiczek, Vice President of Audio Group, Samsung Electronics America. “Unlike traditional speakers, which require specific placement and the listener to sit in a ‘sweet spot’ for full enjoyment, the R7 envelopes any listener in full auditory bliss regardless of their position creating a truly immersive entertainment experience.”
The Multiroom App can be used to control spakers, music source, playlists and browse the music library. The application can play music from various internet radio stations to the R7.
