Xiaomi Mi Max Prime Launched In India For Rs. 19,999
As part of its Diwali with Mi sale, Xiaomi has announced the launch of Mi Max Prime, the upgraded version of the Mi Max that was launched in India in June this year. The Mi Max Prime has been priced at Rs. 19,999 and will go on sale starting from October 17 on Mi.com.
The Mi Max Prime comes with some hardware changes and the rest is same as its predecessor. The device comes with a better processor, more storage and increased RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Max Prime Specifications
The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based MIUI 7.0. The device sports a huge 6.44 inch full HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It comes with a pixel density of ~342 PPI. The display comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor clubbed with Adreno 510 GPU. The device comes with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, compared to the 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage on the Mi Max. The storage on the Mi Max Prime can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.
Coming to the camera department, the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime features a 16 MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus and dual-LED flash. The camera comes with features such as Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR. On the front, the device sports a 5 MP secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Mi Max Prime comes with a huge 4,850 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Infrared, microUSB v2.0 and FM Radio.
