Asus ROG GX700, worlds first liquid cooled laptop costs INR 4,12,990 in India

The price of ASUS ROG GX700 is so high that for the same price tag, you can get a hatchback 5 seater car in India. The ASUS ROG GX700, powered by Intel Core i7-6820HK is the world’s first laptop with unique massive cooling external modules, named ‘Hydro Overclocking System’. Limited number of Asus ROG GX700  units will  be sold via ASUS India site.

The Hydro Overclocking Module has two 92mm radiators (these look massive) and can dissipate over 500W of heat. The unit is so big that ASUS is bundling a ROG themed suitcase for users to carry the module. The Hydro Overclocking Module also helps gamers to reach never seen before limits in overclocking (on a gaming laptop). The CPU can be overclocked up to 48%, RAM can be overclocked up to 43%. The specially formulated coolant flows smoothly between the two modules and also provides corrosion protection for all internal components. The Hydro Overclocking System helps decrease CPU temperature by 31% and GPU temperature by 33%. The dual cooling modules pump the coolant into the notebook and is circulated around heat generating components. The coolant, after collecting the heat from components heads back to the cooling modules and the radiators dissipate heat.
