Truecaller will be integrated to dialer application in Cyanogen OS

Truecaller, the caller identification application will be integrated into the native dialer on the Cyanogen operating system. This was announced by the CM team last week. This is a great move from the team Cyanogen. The new dialer application will be available via over the air update.

Truecaller connected to its massive online database and identify the caller id and then displays the name of the person that is calling to your phone. Consider it as a massive phonebook with live caller ID that is stored online and is regularly updated. The best part is that most of the spam callers are IDed and the moment you get a call from such numbers, you will see a pop up that shows what type of small call it is and you can easily ignore the call and add the same to the block list. If you get a spam call from an unknown number that is not yet added to the Truecaller database, you can add the call as a spammer, give a name to the number and help others to avoid a call from the same.
