- Go to [settings] application.
- Tap on [Notification & status bar].
- Tap on [Manage notifications].
- You will now see list of applications and various other settings for notifications.
- Tap on an application for which you want to change notifications.
- There are various options to choose from to enable notification types for the application.
- Under [categories], you will find various notifications types (these differ from app to app).
- Disable categories for which you do not want to see notifications.
